Doug began his 30 + year journey as a dental environment specialist as a craftsman and learned quickly that a dentist has very specific needs in a workspace. Efficiency, accuracy, unique traffic patterns, ergonomical accessibility to instruments, a calming environment, privacy needs are but a few of the characteristics that he learned to think and guide his clients through as primary interests when reviewing a space. Working with over 200 dentists in central Ohio, he often teases that dentistry is not that different than construction – however, it’s operations are done in miniature. Tamara R. Zwick was born in Meadville, Pennsylvania. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Youngstown State University in 2000 with a B.S. in Applied Science and in 2003 obtained her Juris Doctorate from the Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio. Tamara is a member of the Ohio State and Columbus Bar Associations and is a member of the Dental Network Group. She is currently the main contributor to the Thomas Law Group dental newsletter. Tamara devotes the majority of her practice time to the representation of dental and medical practices and owners in acquisitions, employment matters, including drafting and reviewing employment (or independent contractor) agreements, employee termination and unemployment matters, commercial real estate matters, including drafting and reviewing lease agreements and general contractor agreements, entity formation (corporation or limited liability company) and corporate upkeep, and other general business and practice matters, including patient termination, malpractice claims, and premise liability complaints. Tamara resides in Columbus, Ohio with her husband Jared, who is employed as an orthodontist by David R. Monfort, D.D.S., M.S., Inc. After graduating from the business school he returned back home to Columbus to start his real estate career.
