Tamara Zwick

 

 

Tamara R. Zwick was born in Meadville, Pennsylvania.  She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Youngstown State University in 2000 with a B.S. in Applied Science and in 2003 obtained her Juris Doctorate from the Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio.  Tamara is a member of the Ohio State and Columbus Bar Associations and is a member of the Dental Network Group.  She is currently the main contributor to the Thomas Law Group dental newsletter.

Tamara devotes the majority of her practice time to the representation of dental and medical practices and owners in acquisitions, employment matters, including drafting and reviewing employment (or independent contractor) agreements, employee termination and unemployment matters, commercial real estate matters, including drafting and reviewing lease agreements and general contractor agreements, entity formation (corporation or limited liability company) and corporate upkeep, and other general business and practice matters, including patient termination, malpractice claims, and premise liability complaints.

 Matt Scherer started his career in finance ten years ago and has held various management positions with Bank of America.  He joined Practice Solutions as a Regional Sales Manager in March of 2007. He graduated from Cleveland State with a Bachelor degree in 1998 and is retired from the United States Navy with 20 years’ service.

Jeremy Fultz

Jeremy is a partner at 3C Technology Solutions, located in Columbus, Ohio.  He is a graduate of Saint Charles high school (Go Cards) and earned his bachelor’s degree with a major in accounting from Xavier University.  Jeremy honed his analytical and communication skills at Deloitte & Touché and iQor, which has helped break down “tech talk” to 3C’s clients in a way that makes sense.  While not in the office, he spends much of his free time herding cats, otherwise known as coaching youth soccer.
